Citrus and green perfumes with more body: Sel d'Azur and Verte Envolée

A citrus Eau de Parfum doesn't have to be light. Sel d'Azur and Verte Envolée take the freshness of a citrus or green leaf and anchor it with a higher concentration, so it lasts longer and projects more than an Eau Fraîche.

Sel d'Azur

Fresh citrus olfactory family, balanced intensity. Notes of lemon, grapefruit, and cedar. Its story: "an azure blue landscape where sunbeams reflect off the shimmering water," a sparkling duo of lemon and grapefruit enhanced by the texture of cedarwood. According to its perfumer, Marie Salamagne: "A walk along the cliffs, in the shade of pine trees, sea spray, and a citrus freshness."

Verte Envolée

Green citrus olfactory family, ++ intensity (a step more pronounced than Sel d'Azur). Notes of bergamot, lemon, black tea, and rose. According to its perfumer, Sophie Labbé: "The wind blows through the wild grass, a green landscape comes alive, radiating a sense of energy."

The difference between the two

Sel d'Azur is more marine and fruity, with cedar giving it body underneath. Verte Envolée is more vegetal, with black tea providing a dry base and rose adding a floral touch that Sel d'Azur lacks. If you like the sea and pure citrus, choose Sel d'Azur; if you prefer something greener with a floral background nuance, choose Verte Envolée.
